MY BIG SM CITY CEBU SALE CHEAT SHEET

March 15, 2018

If you’re like me who makes an effort to check a mall before their scheduled sale weekend, then I’m sure you’ve already dropped by The SM City Cebu, just as I have, to imprint on the things you need to buy.  Imprint, because I am a big Jacob fan and there’s nothing you can do about it. Haha!

But that’s not the point, and I’m no longer a Twilight fan, so moving on…

I went to The SM City Cebu yesterday to check out a few things I wanna buy during THE BIG SM CITY CEBU SALE happening this weekend, March 16, 17 and 18, 2018 and I immediately went straight to their Home Department because #domestication.

Must-buy #1: CURTAINS
Like bed linens, I like to keep back-ups of our curtains because aside from having extra  sets to use on laundry day, I also get to change the mood of our rooms depending on color or print.  It’s like giving our rooms a makeover without repainting our walls or moving furnitures around.

Must-buy #2: THROW PILLOWS
Like curtains, throw pillows give your space an instant makeover—one that is cheap and so easy to do.  Eyeing these printed ones to use as accent pillows in our living room.

Must-buy #3: TOWELS
I cannot have enough of good fluffy ones because I have this really bad habit of washing them often thus wearing them out too soon, too.  That, and the fact that summer’s already looming on the horizon and we’re expecting a lot of cousin bonding/sleepovers to happen in the next couple of weeks.  Gotta have extras for our little guests!

Must-buy #4: WORKSPACE STUFF
I am forever hunting for workspace “fillers” because I am indecisive like that; switching things up every now and then, and often leaving me with a bare workspace because my other decors have already taken residence somewhere else in the house.  These blush pink/millennial pink pretties haunt me in my sleep.  Believe me, I’ve been trying to sleep on them but every morning since Tuesday, all I could ever thing about is this pink chair.. and pink stool.. and pink rug.  Hmm.. hello, husband!  Are you reading this? Haha!

Must-buy #5: KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
To say that I am obsessed with cup and saucer sets is an understatement.  My husband could never understand my love for this kitchen essential, and my reason for being so doesn’t even involve their use for our coffee dates at home.  It’s more like my love for a pretty cup and saucer to use as kitchen decor and flatlay props, too!

Must-have buy #6: DESK ESSENTIALS a.k.a. MORE FLATLAY PROPS
I’m sure a lot of you can relate— nothing like pretty flatlay props that aren’t only aesthetically pleasing but budget-friendly too that can liven up any space.  I hoard errr collect all things pineapple and yes, you guessed it right, I already bought this pineapple trinket holder and you’ll be surprised at how many times they’ve made an appearance on my Instagram account.  Ha! Talk about being infatuated (more like obsessed) with all things, pink, rose gold and pineapple!

Must-have buy #7: PRETTY SUMMER DRESSES FROM THE SM KIDS
YOU GUYS!  I went cray when I checked out their new arrivals!  I mean, how can you not?!  Look at all of them!  I already made a mental note on where Vania will wear which dress and how to style each one of them!  It was no new surprise that I was more excited for Vania than she was for herself hahaha!  Let it be sale day already!
