Beloved homegrown brand GERRY'S GRILL is now open at Island Central Mactan and I couldn't be any happier! For someone who loves anything grilled (save for exotic food), not having to drive all the way to Cebu City to feast on Filipino favorites (SISIG!) is definitely good news!

In today's burgeoning culture of dine and unwind, Gerry's Grill sets the bar (which it has been doing for years now) for new and existing restaurants alike serving grilled seafood and other Filipino and Asian favorites. Located at the Al Fresco Area of Island Central Mactan, Gerry's Grill offers a pleasurable dining experience and a couple of good spots to take your OOTD photos. Hey, a blogger's gotta do what a blogger's gotta do so don't judge. Haha!
Seriously though, I fell in love with their interiors! Serving time was 15-20 minutes so that gave me and the husband just enough time to take my outfit photos. What's not to love about their loft? and their pendant lights? and their brick walls?

But that is beside the point, noh? I came here for the food and the food is all there is to it!
Let's just say that I am picky with what I put in my mouth (because crazy allergies) and for me to actually leave the restaurant without having to reach for my pill box is really of great importance (to me at least) in considering if I should dine again and/or recommend it to family and friends. And no, no antihistamine was consumed after this visit as with all the previous visits as well. So.. ;)

Another good thing to note is that, Gerry's Grill Island Central Mactan plans to redesign their loft to create a function room for family or corporate events. That is an additional venue option for special occasion celebrations here in our little island of Opon!
