Barbecue. One word that is synonymous to merriment in Filipino culture. A staple food in every Filipino household when we speak of birthday parties, fiestas or even spontaneous dinner with friends and family. This has become an all-time favorite dish that one can find a barbecue stall in almost every corner of every bustling community ready to grill your favorite skewered meat.

But should you find yourself craving for barbecue and the unusual want to enjoy it in a much more romantic ambience, Circa 1900 is offering Barbecue Nights for everyone to enjoy from today until the 12th of August 2015. The barbecue menu is prepared by Chefs Steve Shrimski and Jun Moreno themselves, taking into consideration how everyone wants their barbecue- tender, mouth-watering and packs a whole lot of flavor in just one bite. One can choose their US Beef Rib Eye, Persian Chicken, Spice Marinated Porkchops, Snapper Fillet, Ginger Miso Calamari with Coriander Shoyu Prawns or just have them all in a platter and enjoy each delectable selection. Be it for a dinner date for two or with a big group, Circa 1900 caters to your every barbecue craving. Each serving comes with a Circa Garden Salad, and Garlic Mash or Thai Vegetable Fried Rice. I, together with my fellow Cebu Fashion Bloggers, had the privilege of trying out Circa's new offering and it sure did not disappoint!
