1. Contestants must pre-register and submit their portfolio until September 8, 2016 for Rustan's Shangri-La and September 15, 2016 for Rustan's Cebu at acjgchan@rustans.com.ph

2. Each batch will be given 45 minutes to complete their artwork.
3. Only one hand will be painted.
4. Only nail polishes will be provided by Rustan's. Contestants must bring their own tools and their own hand models.
5. Acrylic nails are not allowed.
I will be judging the contest together with fellow Cebu Fashion Bloggers Jean and Sophia and we can't wait to see you all there!

White, being a perennial favorite, has become my go-to color for special occasions, events and even everyday casual dressing. It has dominated my closet and with today's minimalism pegs and capsule wardrobe ideas sprouting like mushrooms, I wouldn't have it any other way. Besides, what's not to love about this fresh, clean and universally flattering color, right?
White mock neck top, white palazzo pants, pastel purse and animal print heels to a friend's wedding because these were the only decent ones my groggy brain could process. This was my first out of town wedding experience and the idea of having to pack for myself, my husband and my little girl has somewhat short-circuited my already aging brain cells.
Some say not to wear white to a wedding, I would agree on that only if your outfit looks overtly bridal, if it upstages the bride or if you look like you're going to a nightclub instead of a wedding. But if it's nothing like the three previously mentioned, and if the invitation did not specify not to wear white, then I don't see why you can't wear it to a wedding. After all, it's not about what color the guests wear, it is about how you celebrate the couple's union and happiness that really matters.
