i only realized today that i completely forgot to post the Stylized book signing event that happened some two months in Ayala Center Cebu. What can I say, I'm getting older each day. haha! I knew the event was gonna be packed with fashionistas and mall-goers alike so I wanted to keep my outfit comfortable without sacrificing a little style. And because I couldn't decide what to wear with just 30 minutes to spare before we leave for the city, I reached out for no less than my favorite fluted skirt and chambray top. if you've been following my blog long enough, im sure you know that I created the Personal Style Staple series wherein I showcase what style I usually go for and the Chambray top happens to be a closet must-have which I styled differently in this particular OOTD.
i could have worn this ensemble with this summer's must-have, the strappy heels, but thought the better of it given the possibility that I could be standing for the duration of the event. to which i most certainly did because the husband and I arrived a few minutes late. oh, you know, Cebu City traffic. pffft! oh and, i ran into a good friend from the media who also wore the same style as I did- Chambray top, black bottoms and same flats in different prints!
