LuShae Jewelry Review: Vancouver Champagne CZ Ring

I grew up loving jewelries. As a child, my mom would let me ransack her jewelry box, put on some pieces and strike poses like the models I see in magazines. I was given my first bracelet with semi-precious stones when I was four and my first turquoise birthstone ring when I was six (which I lost a few weeks after while playing touch ball).
Mom used to say that pieces with stones were more appealing compared to plain chains of gold or white gold and whenever she'd go visit her favorite jeweler, I'd tag along so that I can marvel and even touch glittering, brilliant stones of all shapes, sizes and color.

Over the years, my parents gifted me with custom-made gorgeous pieces on special occasions, mom passed on family heirlooms to me, and I even had my share my memorable rings and earrings from my lola (grandma) and aunt.

So you can just imagine my fascination with frostings, as icing on a cake, and like shoes, I strongly believe that jewelries can make or break an outfit.

When I was given an Aquamarine and Sapphire ring seen here and here, I couldn't be more happier. Wore this baby for days on end and thought that no other piece could match my undying loyalty to it. But when Sarah of LuShae Jewelry emailed me exactly a month ago today and asked if I'd be willing to do a review for a jewelry from their collection, my mindset shifted from my A&S ring to their Vancouver Champagne CZ Ring. It was definitely love at first sight!
But mind you, picking one item from their vast collection of beautiful pieces was no easy feat. Their collection ranges from rings, earrings, bracelets and pendants and by just looking at them, I can almost feel me spazzing with delight! But since I am partial to rings, I went on and browsed their ring collection and as mentioned above, I fell in love with this baby..

LuShae Jewelry online store is simple, clean and is easily navigated. They also provide four angle/views of their products making it easier for you to picture out what the real item looks like. Its like giving you a 360-degree view of the item complete with estimations. Placing an order was not a problem since they provide a quick and uncomplicated checkout process making their website absolutely user-friendly.

As an online shopper, shipping time is a big factor for me to consider when ordering since you really wouldn't want to receive your item long after your excitement begins to wane. And since shipping time to the Philippines from the US usually takes about a month or so, plus all the courier delays, I expected to receive my item by the middle of June or even later. Surprisingly, I received a notice from our post office exactly month after confirming my chosen item, informing me that a package under my name was sitting in the claim area ready to for pick up! I just spazzed out! What's a girl to do when faced in a situation like this? She immediately heads out without even changing from her bedroom clothes. haha. Yes, I was that excited! :)

The ring came in a pretty little blue box that reminds me so much of my friend's engagement ring's box. Oh la la! haha. But the best part is when I opened the cute packaging.. I flew over the moon and back for there sits my Vancouver ring in all its shining splendor! I expected it to be beautiful but the ring is just gorgeous and i mean BEYOND GORGEOUS! it's everything I ever wanted and so much more! *jumps up and down*

My Vancouver ring comes with an oval shaped Champagne Cubic Zirconia and accented with smaller clear Cubic Zirconia stones which, according to my mom, are the best diamond substitutes in the market today. It is set using Rhodium electroplating which, according to my readings this time, provides a surface that will resist scratches, discoloration and tarnish, and gives off a beautiful Platinum finish at a fraction of the cost. Rhodium by the way, belongs to the Platinum family hence the high-lustre of Platinum finish.
You can clearly see the excellent craftsmanship in the ring's intricate details; even the back portion of the ring is kept clean and polished.

I am amazed at how they make beautiful pieces and marketed at such great prices. My Vancouver ring retails for $70 and the pre-sale price is $130 but I got it for FREE! how lucky could one get? :)

If I have $500 or more at hand today, I would order these babies to add to my growing collection of lovely frosting:

To sum it all up, LuShae Jewelry is all about great customer service, excellent product quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction rolled into one. My ring is an enviable piece and and I couldn't have picked out another item that fits me better than this one *smiles widely*
Watch as it gets glued to my finger for a long period of time.

My many thanks to Sarah and to the people behind Lushae Jewelry for my beautiful ring. Even today, I am still overwhelmed that they picked Perfumed Red Shoes to do the review; my very first time. Thank You!

  8. I too lost my first birthstone ring (aquamarine) when I was six; I hid it in my pencil case after being scolded by my teacher for wearing jewelry to school. When I got home, wala na siya dun :(

Wow, you're so lucky Toni! The ring is so lovely, ka-inggit. And the pictures are very nice. <3
